Therefore, this study investigated effects of Business Environments on Survival of Small Scale Business. Survey design was adopted and data was collected through questionnaires. purposive sampling method was used to select a sample size of 220 Small Scale Business managers from the 11 local government area and inferential statistics. The results revealed that all external environmental factors will significantly affect the Survival of Small Scale Business except Socio and that all internal environmental facto except Business location are strong determinant of Survival of Small Scale Business. Therefore, governments should provide Business survives or fail within the environments. Data collected were analyzed using descri and inferential statistics. The results revealed that all external environmental factors will significantly affect the Survival of Small Scale Business except Socio-cultural factor (β=0.012, t=0.687, P>0.005) and that all internal environmental factors will significantly affect the Survival of Small Scale Business except Business location (β=0.017, t=1.153, P>0.005). The study concluded that environmental factors are strong determinant of Survival of Small Scale Business.
