Small Scale business despite the enormo mobility rate of Small Scale Business in Nigeria is high. Literature has linked the Survival of Small Scale Business to internal and external environmental factors ranging from cultural, finance, employee, marking and so on. Therefore, this study investigated effects of Business Environments on Survival of Small Scale Business. Survey design was adopted and data was collected through questionnaires. purposive sampling method was used to select a sample size of 220 Small Scale Business managers from the 11 local government area and inferential statistics. The results revealed that all external environmental factors will significantly affect the Survival of Small Scale Business except Socio and that all internal environmental facto except Business location are strong determinant of Survival of Small Scale Business. Therefore, governments should provide Business survives or fail within the environments. Therefore, this study investigated effects of Business Environments on Survival of Small Scale Business. Survey design was adopted and data was collected through questionnaires. Business managers in Oyo state constituted the study population, purposive sampling method was used to select a sample size of 220 Small Scale Business managers from the 11 local government area in Ibadan, Oyo state. Data collected were analyzed using descri and inferential statistics. The results revealed that all external environmental factors will significantly affect the Survival of Small Scale Business except Socio-cultural factor (β=0.012, t=0.687, P>0.005) and that all internal environmental factors will significantly affect the Survival of Small Scale Business except Business location (β=0.017, t=1.153, P>0.005). The study concluded that environmental factors are strong determinant of Survival of Small Scale Business. Therefore, governments should provide friendly environments for Small Scale Business.Business survives or fail within the environments.
